Treatment Deposit

1. Deposits Requirement:
– A deposit is required to secure all appointments for treatments. The amount of the deposit will vary depending on the service booked and will be communicated at the time of booking.

2. Purpose of Deposits:
– Deposits are taken to confirm your commitment to the appointment and to reserve the necessary time and resources for your treatment.

3. Payment Methods:
– Deposits can be paid using debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or other accepted payment methods.

Booking Conditions

1. Appointment Confirmation:
– Your appointment is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit.

2. Cancellation Policy:
– We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your booking.

3. Missed Appointments:
– If you miss your appointment without providing 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend, your deposit will be forfeited. This policy ensures that our time and resources are respected, and it compensates for the lost opportunity to accommodate other clients.

4. Rescheduling:
– If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to the new appointment time. This is subject to availability and at the discretion of Elenoire Aesthetics & PMU.

5. Refund Policy:
– Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a missed appointment or late cancellation. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

Client Responsibility

1. Timeliness:
– We recommend arriving on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full duration of your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time to accommodate subsequent bookings.

2. Communication:
– Please notify us promptly if you anticipate being late or unable to attend your appointment. Open communication helps us serve you better and manage our schedule effectively.
